Hi, friends! Hope your Thursday is off to a good start.
I really like the new year. I always feel motivated to change things up, de-clutter, and organize. I am also motivated to start new house projects (which is why we currently have a half-way painted entryway with a possible color option - I figured if we had a wall oddly half-painted, we would be more motivated to finish the job..haha)
Hopefully you have also been bitten by the motivation bug and are tackling some important projects, both at home and school. Might I suggestion classroom game organization?
Games are the hardest to keep organized. Papers, worksheets, and notebooks are easily stored nicely in pretty little file folders or shelves, but games come with tiny moving pieces, dice, playing cards and other hard-to-store pieces. Usually the intentions are good, but before long, the game box is broken and you find yourself getting uber irritated that your students don't "leave the game the way they found it." GRRRRR.
